Luna Textiles has established itself as the premier natural fibre duvet and wadding manufacturer. We specialise in quality using only finest fibres and materials. Our factory is controlled by state of the art computer technology with touch screen control along the line. Our processes ensure consistent cross folded fill and superior lock stitch sewing.

Our duvets are certified as TOG tested to British Standards. We are working with a major UK laboratory to ensure we are compliant with all aspects of British Standards. Our Baby and Child range is also compliant with Baby Products Association Standards and certificated.

At full capacity our facility can produce 50 duvets per hour. Speeds vary with stitch patterns. We can also produce wadding for numerous applications and can quickly respond to client specification of both fill and cover material. Thermal testing to any standard conducted on request.

We can make patterns to suit individual buyers and vary fill weight accordingly. We also specialise in high quality trims and binding. We can make a bespoke trim or design to every duvet or pillow and can offer exclusivity on designs.

We are constantly updating our range and adding new features to the duvets as we progress.

We can offer Alpaca Comfort branding or we are able to manufacture to customers own branding. Flexibility is key to our production. Please contact us for further information.
